At CosmeticsMD, the safety and comfort of our clients and staff are paramount. Therefore, we enforce a strict child policy to ensure a conducive environment for all.

Policy Statement:

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted within the office premises unless accompanied by another adult who can supervise them throughout the appointment duration.

Rationale:

This policy is implemented due to several reasons:

1. Safety Concerns: Our office houses various devices and implements, including sharps, which pose potential risks to unsupervised children. To mitigate liability and ensure a safe environment, it's imperative that children are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Client Comfort: The presence of children can disrupt the tranquil atmosphere necessary for our clients to fully enjoy their treatments. Complaints from clients regarding disturbances caused by children, such as crying or screaming, have been noted. We aim to maintain a serene ambiance conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation for all our clients.

Exceptions:

In cases where a client must bring their child to their appointment, they are required to arrange for another adult to accompany the child throughout the duration of the appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the rescheduling of the appointment.
