Our memberships are designed to offer discounts on some of our clients’ favorite services, including BOTOX & Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Hydrafacial, and DiamondGlow, as well as discounts on our skincare products. 

Membership FAQs

What if I have a membership already?

We love our loyal members! Thank you! As a current member, you have two (2) options:


  1. Keep your current membership until it expires. 

    1. Your main benefits will remain intact and you will not have access to the added discounts within the new memberships. When it comes time to renew, you will be asked to choose between the new options listed above.

  2. Upgrade to one of the new memberships right away. 

    1. We’ve really added a lot of value to our new memberships and hope you want to take advantage of them right away! Should you choose this option:

      1. We will work with you to determine the value left on your current membership and apply that to your account in the form of a pre-paid card.

      2. If you sign up before March 31, we will add 2,000 additional CosmeticsMD points to your account as a thank you.

I’m a Rose Gold member with banked points. Do they expire?

The value of your banked monthly credits expire at the end of your 12-month membership period, so take advantage of them throughout the year on your favorite products and services.

If I have a Platinum membership and cannot make it in one month to receive my facial or peel, what happens?

Your monthly credit to use on a designated facial or peel is only available to use within the month. Those services are “use it or lose it” meaning they are only valid for one month and then reset the following month.

Will my membership renew automatically?

No. You will receive a 30-day notice prior to when your membership will expire and can call us to renew to ensure you continue to enjoy your member benefits uninterrupted.

If I bring a guest, can they use my membership benefits?

Discounts and benefits are non-transferable and are intended only for the individual who purchased the membership. However, on occasion we may offer special events where friends and family are able to “live like a member” and take advantage of some of the same discounts during the event.

What if I decide I no longer want to be a member? Can I be refunded?

Our Membership agreement is non-refundable and requires a 12 month commitment so that you may get the most value out of a consistent treatment plan! Membership cancellation can be done at any time however, if it occurs before the end of the annual commitment you will be responsible for the remainder of the fees.

Will I get the membership discounts on the day I enroll?

YES! As soon as you sign up you start saving - and continue to earn CosmeticsMD points on all eligible services as well!

Membership Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS

All charges are non-refundable. Clients must provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Clients agree to update their account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions on a timely basis.

 

​APPOINTMENTS

Clients agree that it is their responsibility to book their own appointments. Certain treatments may require a minimum number of recovery days before the next treatment may begin. Clients understand that they may not be able to receive all the included treatments at once or close in time due to medical reasons. Clients are highly encouraged to schedule their appointments at least two weeks in advance to ensure that a preferred time and treatment or service is available.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Twelve month minimum commitment; memberships canceled before the twelve months will be billed for the entire term. In the event that you are medically unable to receive cosmetic services during your membership, kindly notify us, provide a doctor's note, and we will review and consider canceling the membership. Memberships are not shareable or transferable.

 

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise noted. CosmeticsMD Rewards, Allē and Aspire points can be used in combination with member benefits. All sales are final. CosmeticsMD reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the memberships (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
